E-Commerce Website Re-Design
Overview
Redesigned an e-commerce website for a custom apparel and printing services company to create a more intuitive, user-friendly shopping experience. The project focused on improving navigation, simplifying the purchasing process, and modernizing the visual design to better align with industry standards and customer expectations.
Product Challenge
The challenge was to conduct a comprehensive audit of the website's information architecture and user experience. Through client feedback, several pain points were identified across key user journeys, including product discovery, customization workflows, and checkout.
The primary goal was to evaluate every page and its purpose within the customer journey, identifying opportunities to reduce friction, improve usability, and minimize cart abandonment. Users needed a seamless way to explore the full range of products and services, customize or upload their own designs, and complete purchases with confidence.
In addition to usability improvements, the website required a visual refresh to remain competitive within the custom apparel and printing market. The redesign introduced a more modern aesthetic, clearer content hierarchy, and a stronger brand presence while supporting business goals around engagement and conversion.
The objective
Design a streamlined e-commerce experience that enables users to easily discover products and services, customize and upload designs, and complete purchases efficiently. Improve information architecture, reduce user friction throughout the shopping journey, increase conversion opportunities, and establish a modern visual identity that strengthens competitiveness within the custom printing industry.
